Great execise video for the family!Sep 24, 2007
By S. Barnett I bought this exercise video with myself and children in mind. Brandy K. Cruthird has created an entertaining video that promotes fitness for the whole family. The video is approximately 30 minutes in length. This includes a warm-up, two exercise sections and a cool-down. The exercise moves are contemporary and low-impact. The video also features Ms. Cruthird and Dr. Gerald Hass giving basic and informative health tips for parents/caregivers as it relates to nutrition and fitness for children. Ms. Cruthird extols that when a parent "moves" the house, as the title says, "gets fit". There are not a lot of videos that feature children and are age appropriate. I really enjoyed this video.
