Centerwork on Jumps Level 4

Ballet jumps are in a league of their own, and you can learn to do them! This center class includes pas de bourrées, échappé sauté to one foot, sissone passé derrière, glissade, jeté, sauté, assemblé, temps de cuise, sissone fermé, and sissone ouverte. Finis shows each exercise, Saige does it, Finis corrects her, and then Saige repeats. Finis gives a complete breakdown of each exercise, movement by movement, count-by-count. As you proceed from one exercise to the next, you will find that it all makes a lot of sense, mentally and physically. The French call it "ballon."
