Awesome!! Had her book Sweat Your Prayers for alot of years before purchasing her d.v.d.'s . I read the book with alot more of an understanding after viewing her d.v.d.'s. Also, the d.v.d. Dances of Ecstasy has her in it along with her Power Wave Workout. I loved it also.
You might want to purchase Dances of Ecstasy along with her collection and definitely view it first. It is incredible and eye opening.

After many years hearing about Gabrielle Roth and having attended a workshop with Jonathan her son in Montreal 3 years ago. I was pleased to receive this dvdset for my birthday in December. The message is moving in all senses and the quality of the DVD a pleasure to watch.I recommend it to anyone interested in a movement practice for personal growth.
