An excellent workoutAug 03, 2005
By Marjorie Roswell This is an excellent workout.
You'll need to have a rebounder, a long "theraband," a glass of water, a towel, and a belt in order to complete it (though I only had the first two handy, and was able to do most of it). You will break into a sweat, so the water is a good idea, since this is a 60-minute program.
I can't touch my toes, so I felt a little disappointed when the the toe-touching came early on, but I plan to do this workout every 2 or 3 days, bending my knees as needed (and maybe someday I'll reach my toes directly!) I could do everything else successfully in the workout.
I wish the video were 5 or 10 minutes shorter. I didn't get bored, though. At some point I might start the video 15 minutes in, for a before-work workout.
Blanche Black is clearly knowledgable in her field, and her outdoor setting was a welcome relief from the garish artificial sets of some other workout videos.

The Bouncin' Circuit is a WINNER!Mar 19, 2010
By Sharon Pomeroy I used this DVD for the first time today, and just LOVE it! I have a Needak rebounder, and needed something to help guide me through a cardio and strength building routine. This one is just perfect! I purchased a "thera band" before it arrived, as one is used throughout the program. There is a wonderful "sun salutation" and stretching to start, and then some great intervals alternating 3 minutes on the rebounder, with some time on the mat with the resistance band. It was a great workout! There are a few yoga stretches to start and to cool down, and they are wonderful. I love Blanche, her enthusiasm, and encouragement. This one is a winner if you own a rebounder!
Distributor needs to learn how to package a DVDNov 10, 2011

"Not a sucker"
I was really excited to start this mini-tramp workout. However, when I opened the DVD package, I was dissapointed to find that the distributor, "Hiline Videoworks" had burned the DVD and then glued on a think paper label. I tried playing it in two dvd players I have at home. The first time through, I was able to play the first warm-up/workout session although there was alot of stuttering and halty action. Then when I went on to the post-workout stretching program the DVD would not play at all! I looked at the paper DVD label and could see that it was not glued securely on one side, so I simply peeled the whole thing off. It looks pretty ugly now, but at least it kind of works. I contacted the distributor directly to ask if I could get a DVD without the heavy paper label and was told that "I was not their customer" (since I purchased this through Amazon.com). I was further informed that he had never heard anything about paper labels being bad for dvd's and used rather rude language in his response. I would never buy another product that is manufactured by Hiline Videoworks. They appear to be a very amateur and uninformed outfit, and very rude!
Too bad, as I would love to have a useable DVD by Blanche Black.
