I bought this video to show students! I had seen before and really enjoyed the skill level of the performers,the unique and creative use of "household instruments"! I would like to see this performance off broadway!!!

Stomp is a musical group that uses our "trash" to make music. This video is neat in how they've managed to create a story line using the music, the "instruments" and the backgrounds. It's a great movie for a music teacher and students. Very inspiring for students that are into music but not so into classical / baroque... Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

Absolutely amazing! If you're not familiar with Stomp, it is choreographed routines using "found" percussion instruments such as broomsticks, kitchen utensils and basketballs. There is no music, just the rhythms and natural sounds of the "instruments" used. i inspired my class of Year 8s, who thought it was "wicked" and "cool". If you're not a music lover it may not be for you, but I have viewed it at least 10 times and found something I had missed with each subsequent viewing. Thoroughly recommended.

Stomp Out Loud is incredible! The multi-media presentation gets its point across with hardly any dialog. The performers are excellent and the routines are unique and fun to watch as well as listen! I highly recommend this DVD to anyone who wants to see something different.

If you are a fan of STOMP, this is a must buy. My 3yr old and I have watched it many times over and it never gets old.
