The show climaxes with the "Bins" routine: a ten minute rhythm extravaganza in itself, using trash-cans, oil drums and plastic drums with trash-can lid combat sequences... Finally, a real representation of what happens at their stage show. I had the Cable special and it was ok, and I also purchased Pulse: A Stomp Odyssey, but was very disappointed with that one. Stomp: Live, is true to what you would see at a live show.
Some sections go a little long sitting from a couch, but in person it is a bit more engaging. Still, this is a great DVD for a fan of percussion.

What sold me on this DVD was the fact that I watched 3 energetic pre-teen boys sit still and watch it with fascination and much interest for the entire duration of the show. I don't know too many things that can have that effect so I bought it for my grandson. Clean with a lot of cool "guy" stuff and not at all corny.

It seems that it could have been a soundman's nightmare trying to capture all the percussive sounds in the these performances..I was amazed how well it was done. I would recommend this video to anyone and feel like I had done them a favor.

After having Stomp Out Loud recommended by a friend, I had to see this one, which I ended up liking as much, if not more than the other. Once I saw it, I had to own it. It makes me smile every time I watch it, has me getting out anything I can bang on, makes me laugh and shows me that the one common language of humanity is the rhythm of life in everything - breathing, walking, drumming or nature. Wonderful and highly recommended DVD. These people are so incredibly talented. It's a contagious movie. Be prepared with anything you can make sound with - but not dishes! You will get carried away.

We recently saw Stomp in New York City and the video keeps the memory alive. We love it.
