I purchased this DVD as something to motivate me to excercise and dance around with my toddlers. They absolutely love it! It has exciting and yet worshipful music. Very upbeat! What can I say? I love it!!!! andso do my children !!!

Music is great, video is mostly not people but shapes of people and colors, my grandkids not particularly interest. Maybe more geared for preteens.

our church uses these dvds and even my one year old wants to go to the big kids praise and worship.
great for all ages and great for the car. very upbeat and energetic.
