This DVD is so much fun for the kids. I was at an elementary school recently that uses it in a class and the kids really got a workout. The music is bouncy and easy to move with. The explanations of the moves are easy to learn. I definitely recommend this one. Great FUN!!

"Strawberry Shortcake"
My daughter is 11 and we do take some dance classes. I got this for her thinking she might like a hip hop class, but she was worried it would be too hard. She really loves it, and now likes to just dance to music! It gave her a few "moves" to use!!!

I bought this DVD for my 9 year old daughter who needs to be more active and get some exercise. I've tried all types of workouts with her, dancing, kick boxing, walking but she never enjoyed doing any of them. She enjoys working out with the Fit Kids Club. It's easy, fun and you get a good workout. I do it with her all the time.

I purchased this video for my 10 year old. She loves it and wants to do the workouts everyday. The moves are easy for children to follow along with. I have exercised with my daughter using the video and I had a lot of fun as well as breaking out a sweat! Great video for kids.

The workout is nice but moves a bit too fast for my special ed kids. They still enjoy it but just skip some of the moves - they can perform the move - Shaun T just transitions too fast from one move to the next for them.
