I bought both this video and the Mom and Toddler Fitness DVD. This one does not have enough (hardly any) interaction with the little ones. I highly recommend the Mom and Toddler Fitness DVD. Don't waste your money on this one.

When I saw Mom & Tot I expected more. I think I thought I would get more things that I could use my toddler for and that it would be fun for the toddler. My toddler was less than interested and there really wasn't much I could do with my toddler.

I purchased this video after renting it from our local library. I have 4 young kids (ages 4 and under) who all love it! I bought it to burn off some extra energy during the winter months. This dvd does the job! I decided to get this video instead of any others because the women are dressed modestly and the music is not terrible. I dont know how well it does as far as a workout goes. It did get me pretty winded (but Im pregnant). Oh, and the video says it is safe for pregnancy and post-partum. It is exactly what I was looking for. Hope it helps you too!

My daughter 21 months, didn't want to dance along. It is very outdated though. It was good to start and workout again though.

I've used this workout during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Just two sessions a week have been enough to manage my weight and muscle tone. This DVD features real moms and kids working out together. It's divided into segments, so I can choose to do the whole workout or just abs, arms, etc. My kids love the special playtime in the beginning and actually workout with me, which is great for all of us!
