I really enjoy this video because it is completely different from anything I have ever done. It is a challenge which is what keeps me motivated.
Make sure you watch this before you try it as it is hard to follow. They don't always show you what you are supposed to be doing right away and her pre-instructions are terrible. However, once you get the hang of it it is really fun!

This workout isn't exactly what I expected it to be. It is not the kind of aerobic workout that I am used to; it barely raises your heart rate. The good news is that after working out to this DVD only 2-3 times I could already see results. I think that this is not the best quality workout because I found that the camera was not always following the footsteps at the correct times, but once you do the workout a couple of times you learn the steps and it doesn't matter anymore. I would say this workout gets results but I use it for toning, not as an aerobic workout.

I absolutely adored Leisa Hart's Fit Mama DVD so I was very disappointed when this DVD didn't measure up.
I don't think anyone tested it before selling it; the editing is horrible. A few times, they zoom in on her face while she is demonstrating a new sequence and so it isn't until the SECOND time she does it that you can see what she actually did. I honestly don't see how anyone can follow it. I finally had to just turn it off because I found it extremely frustrating. In the past, I've been good at keeping up with dance workouts, but this one was just too irritating.

Man did I need this DVD. It's amazing how a little focused exercise and really firm up this area...and get some looks too! Move over J Lo!

The description says..."Get Sexy Buns fast"! They aren't kidding! You should get it fast, we did, and it works. It's a great workout and Leisa makes it fun. Highly recommended!
