These DVDs are quick and simple, about 10 Mins and you have a refresher course in your sexuality. It's almost like having a good friend reminding you how important within a relationship it is to have a good sex life. I think it has made a difference to my ladies mojo!

Angel Reed is a star, celebrity and one hell of a sexy woman. She dates Constantine Maroulis the heart throb from American Idol. Well if she knows how to move and get a guy like that, I think that there are plenty of ladies who will benefit from this. I don't think it is a "Fitness" DVD but a "Get Yourself in Sexy Shape". Remember it is how you use what you've got, that's the key and I think she accomplishes that here, even though it is a quick lesson, but then again for under $10 bucks do you expect her to come to your house, get real. The Lap Dance portion is very sexy and Angel shows you how with just little extra work you can go from kitty to tiger and that works big time. The Pole Dance section is for beginners and more to learn how to be sexy on a pole, if you want more exercise like moves this is not exactly the DVD but then again, some of them have all gymnastic moves and no sensuality. Hey ladies, this is a stripper pole you are on not the balance beam. All in all worth the $10.

Angel Reed is a sexy siren who can teach anyone how to exude confidence in this dvd! With ease, you can start learning these simple moves at your convenience and the best part, in the privacy of your own home.
If you want to add a little spice to your love life and have fun doing it, I definitely would recommend picking
up this 2-edition sizzling dvd!

I am not big on returning DVDs once they have been opened, but I was SO unimpressed with this DVD that I did return it. When you see 'Lap Dance' in the title, you expect there to actually be a lap dance on the video. I would not call what she did a lap dance by any means. Sure, she will show you a few very basic moves, but if you're looking for any sort of routine or actual lap dance you're not gonna find it here. Also, I would not call this a workout at all, but I wasn't expecting that from the DVD anyway.
