I have new respect for dancers. Some of the moves seem like no big deal or pretty easy, but were great for the legs and body. I really enjoyed this. Taps into my sexy side and makes me really love my body. Goes by fast. She goes over the moves several times, has a good pace, speaks to you like you're there and not like you're a total idiot (like some dance dvds).

Very little moves with amateur like performers. This dvd is neither fun nor can it be classified as a workout. Total runtime is only 24 minutes and it cost around $17. Very disappointing, buyers beware of this product!
