I have purchased these dvds individually and I love them. I started out with these because I needed something with a different approach to get me exercising again. These dvds are unlike all the others because they motivate you in a fun & easy way. You look forward to putting these dvds in and the variety keeps it feeling fresh. Now, I use them almost every morning to get me moving and I feel great. When I saw that these dvds are out as a series, I started purchasing them as gifts for my 50+ friends. They are great for people who are just getting back into exercising and also for those who just need a little help to get moving each day. They are wonderful and Mirabai Holland is really motivating to work out with. It's like exercising with a friend.

The exercises are very good for us oldies: gentle and not too fast or too jarring. I rapidly got sick of the music and her repetitious commentary ("Moving free!"). I now use it with the sound off.
