Horray For Chicken FatAug 21, 2005
By Gina I am so glad that they finally made the Chicken Fat fitness program available on DVD. I have the Chicken Fat video for a few years now but I've watched it so many times it is wearing out. I am a Phys Ed teacher and my kids just love it. I would recommend Chicken Fat to all kids for a fun workout.

This is my best memory of grade school. It was used as a warm up for P.E. in the 60's and 70's. Now I can use it as a warm up in my adult workout. It is soooo much fun! So "go you chicken fat goooo"

The Best YetNov 10, 2007

I am so glad I found this DVD. My friend has this on Video and I watched it at her house with her 8 year old son and 5 year old daughter. The kids were having so much fun I wanted to get it for my class. I teach 1st grade and thought my kids would like it, and was I right. I told the school Gym Teacher and now all grades are using the program. I have tried other exercise and fitness programs for my children but this is the best yet.I strongly recommend this for children to help them to exercise and have fun.
This movie gets my kids up and moving!Jan 09, 2012
By Ginger We stumbled across this movie at the library a couple years ago, and it quickly became a favorite with the kids. They love to follow along with the movie doing the different exercises!

How the heck did you stumble across this?Nov 21, 2005
By Jack Dempsey Chicken Fat? Um, ok. This travesty disappoints on all levels. Stay away from this and pick up anything that Arnold does for kids in terms of phys ed. It's far superior.
