Chelsea Has a Great Day (DVD version)

A training program for early childhood educators and child care providers. This video introduces and describes quality standards in child care settings as they are described in the Quality Standards for Early Childhood Care and Education, published by the Colorado State Department of Education. For example: Chelsea and her parents are welcomed each day. Care providers talk at eye level to hear what Chelsea has to say.
