I recently purchased this DVD huge mistake. Not only are the characters annoying and often seem under the influence of drugs, there is also very little in the way of actual yoga. To make it even worse the packaging states the Approx. running time of the DVD is 35 minutes but it actually only lasts about 15 minutes. Terrible, Terrible, terrible, sums it all up!

My children love this video. My only problem with this DVD is it should be longer. I believe the other reviewer did not like the DVD's hippie dippie tone but my kids and their friends enjoyed using this DVD.

Awful if not down right scary!!! There is no place for a shirtless, hairy, slightly overweight, spaced out man or girls who seem like they are on acid in children's videos. It's just not right.
Not even a REAL yoga video, doesn't teach a thing and the interviews with parents are just not here nor there. Don't waste your money!
I would have not given any stars except it made you do it.....

Our daughter loves this DVD. The poses are challenging enough that at 3 she can't do them all yet, but she still likes to dress up like the people in the show. The running time isn't too long, but neither is her attention span. Not sure why they have break dancing in the middle, but she likes that too and copies the dancing. Would love to see more yoga DVDs from "Lil Chi and Wasabi."

As a yoga teacher designing sets for classes with kids, i found this DVD very helpful! There's a reason why it's shown on PBS. Cause it's entertaining and informative at the same time:) I give it two thumbs up for any yoga teachers out there who want inspiration on how to teach to kids..
